Let me help you reach your athletic goals. With my middle distance running back ground, we will not just build endurance but also speed and movement efficiency.

Sign up for a personalized 6-month running program. Program includes an initial 4 week assessment period with a 1 hour in gym session each week, online programming and tracking and calls so I can stay looped into your training. After the first 4 weeks, you have an option to continue in the gym at a discounted rate, and you will receive running program updates as needed.
